Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once dispatched, delivery across the United States takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods such as public holidays or promotional events. The total delivery time is estimated between 6 to 9 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all US orders of $99 or more. Orders below $99 will have standard shipping fees applied at checkout.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at support@wrenco-usa.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@wrenco-usa.com.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once it has shipped, please follow our standard return process. Contact us as soon as possible at support@wrenco-usa.com and we'll do our best to help.
Orders & Payments
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Wren & Co. products are covered by a 30-day product warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product arrives with a defect or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you — or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the product.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us immediately at support@wrenco-usa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are listed in USD ($).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to protect your data during every transaction. We are PCI DSS compliant, and your full card number is never accessible to us — we only see the last 4 digits of your card once a purchase is completed. Look for the padlock icon and "HTTPS" in your browser to confirm you're shopping securely.

How do I choose the right size?

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
